Eby-Brown is a privately owned convenience store supplier based in Naperville, IL. They wanted a complete overhaul of their website and the ability to manage and add content on their own. A dashboard, built as a Flex desktop application, to tie into an existing framework of tools. It aids the account representative during the collections process by displaying pertinent customer information and talking points in real time during phone call, and facilitating the scheduling of a payment. The reps said they found it easy to use and likened it to a video game... music to my ears!
